All their oil is 100% extra virgin olive oil produced in Italy by mechanical means only. All their oils can be used for either cooking or even frying or to aromatize dishes.

This extra-virgin olive oil is produced from the Coratina olive from the area near the city of Bari in Puglia. This oil is very green and with a grassy finish at the end. The taste and aroma are persistent, which makes it very suitable as an ingredient for complex dishes with a lot of flavour like pasta, vegetable dishes, red meat, fatty fish, mushrooms, pizza, beans, lentils, mature cheeses and also with bruschetta.
